By visiting the site, purchasing a product, or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

“We/Us/Our” refers to Doktor High and its operating divisions.
“You/User/Customer” refers to anyone using or purchasing from our services.
2. Services We Provide
We offer a wide range of creative and digital services, including but not limited to:
Personalized music creation (Story Songs)
Audio content for businesses (Blunt Force Media)
Educational content & digital guides
Tools, resources, and multimedia
Physical and digital products
Email newsletters
Music streaming embeds
Other creative or educational products
We may add, modify, or remove services at any time.
3. Custom Music Services (Story Songs & Blunt Force Media)
When purchasing a custom song, you understand:
a. Creative Process
You will provide information (including optional voice notes) to guide the custom creation of your song.
Creative interpretation is at our discretion.
b. Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery is 48–72 hours, unless otherwise stated.
Rush delivery (24 hours) may be available for an additional fee.
c. Revisions
Custom songs include one revision unless your product listing states otherwise.
d. Audio Formats
You will receive your final song in:
MP3
WAV
HD WAV
e. Use Rights
All custom songs created specifically for your order are delivered with full personal and commercial usage rights.
We retain no ownership over your final delivered song.
You may use it on social media, personal profiles, business pages, or commercial projects.
f. Content Limitations
We reserve the right to decline projects involving hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
4. Digital Products
Digital downloads (journals, guides, pintables, templates, etc.) are delivered electronically after purchase.
Digital products are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All purchases are processed through Stripe or approved third-party payment processors.
You agree that:
Charges are processed in either CAD or USD depending on listing
Taxes may apply depending on your region
Exchange rates may vary
Your payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and not stored by us
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
6. Refund Policy
a. Custom Songs
Because Story Songs and Blunt Force Media custom music are personalized creative services, they are non-refundable once work has begun.
Exceptions may be made in cases where:
No voice note or required materials were provided
The order was placed in error and work has not started
We are legally required to offer a refund
b. Digital Products
All digital products are final sale.
c. Physical Products
Physical products (merch, books, etc.) follow the return rules listed on their product page.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Not submit unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content
Not infringe on the rights of others
Not misuse the site or services
Not distribute malicious files or harmful software
Use any purchased content legally and responsibly
8. Intellectual Property
Aside from custom songs, all content on this website remains the property of Doktor High, including:
Text
Images
Logos
Audio not sold as a custom product
Tools, guides, designs, and templates
You may not copy, resell, or distribute this content without permission.
Custom songs created for you are your property once delivered.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for delays caused by external services (email, hosting, payment processors)
We make no guarantee of continued uninterrupted service
Use of AI tools is provided "as-is" and may be subject to limitations
Your exclusive remedy is limited to the price paid for the specific service.
10. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate or rely on:
Stripe
Email providers
AI generation tools
Hosting services
Analytics platforms
Social media embeds
We are not responsible for their policies or service interruptions.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:

And where applicable, local consumer protection laws in your region
