If you’re in another country with legal cannabis, we can still talk — but we’ll be transparent about needing to review your local rules before taking on any work. We won’t produce content for illegal markets or situations where cannabis promotion is prohibited.

3. Why do you use MP3 voice notes instead of long forms and emails?

Because voice is faster, clearer, and more human. When you send us MP3 voice recordings, we hear your actual tone, phrasing, priorities, and pain points. That means:

9. Who owns the Brand Anthem once it’s finished?

You receive perpetual, non-exclusive rights to your Brand Anthem for organic use. That means you can:

  • Use it in your brand story for as long as you like

We keep ownership of the master and the composition, but you have a permanent license to use your anthem organically. If you want to use it in paid ads or bigger commercial placements, we can set up a separate licensing agreement.

10. What happens to our music access if we stop a retainer or pause the standalone license?

If you’re on a retainer or the Standalone Music License, you have access to the full Doktor High library while your subscription is active. If you cancel:
